PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for your interest in Unsere Grüne Glasfaser. In this privacy policy, we inform you about the nature, scope and purposes of the processing of personal data when you visit our websites.

We are Unsere Grüne Glasfaser GmbH & Co KG, Adalperostr.82-86, 85737 Ismaning. We are responsible in terms of the GDPR for how your personal data is processed on our websites.

3. Data Processing on our Websites
When you visit our websites, we process your personal data for the purposes listed below. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It is therefore information that allows conclusions to be drawn about you. This includes, for example, your name, your address, your telephone number, your date of birth, but also technical information such as your IP address. We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. If you do not provide us with your personal data, this may result in you not being able to use our services or not being able to use them properly, you may not be able to participate in events, or we may not be able to process and respond to your enquiries and requests.
 

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provision of Information about us and our Services
  1. Purpose: When you visit our websites, we process the personal data from you that is necessary to show you the websites and to avoid IT security risks.
  2. Data: Personal data includes your IP address, your internet service provider, date and time of your visit, protocol (http, https), status (error messages), amount of data, operating system, browser, screen resolution, website accessed and previous website.
  3. Duration of Storage: We store this information for the duration of your visit to our websites and, in parts, for a further period of a maximum of seven days.
  4. Legal Basis: We process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR in order to fulfil our legitimate interest in a correct, attractive and secure presentation of our company and our offers.

 

  • Contact Requests
  1. Purpose: If you contact us, for example to ask us a question or to send us information, we process your personal data to respond to your request.
  2. Data: Personal data includes your name, email address and the other information you provide to us in your enquiry.
  3. Storage Period: We store your personal data until we have fulfilled the purpose of your contact request.
  4. Legal basis: We process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR in order to fulfil our legitimate interest in being able to answer your contact enquiries properly.
  • Career & Applications
  1. Purpose: If you contact us to become part of our team, we process your personal data to check whether we have a suitable position for you, whether you are suitable as an applicant in principle, to respond to your application and finally to carry out the application process.
  2. Data: In addition to your contact information, personal data includes the other information you provide to us in connection with your application, e.g. your date of birth, your CV, your photo, your references.
  3. Storage Period: We store your personal data for the duration of the application process and for a period of four (4) months after the application process has ended. If you decide yourself not to pursue the application further, we will delete your personal data immediately.
  4. Legal basis: We process your personal data for the implementation of the application procedure on the basis of Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG.
  • Events
  1. Purpose: Sometimes we offer you the opportunity to register for and participate in events on our websites. We sometimes host the events on-site so that you can physically participate. However, we also sometimes organise the events virtually, so that you can participate via the Internet.
  2. Data: We process the personal data that is necessary to identify and inform you as a registered participant of an event. This includes, for example, your name and email address. If we hold the event virtually, in addition to this information we also process the personal data that is necessary to be able to hold a virtual event technically, such as your IP address, your internet service provider, date and time of your visit, protocol (http, https), status (error messages), amount of data, operating system, browser, screen resolution, website called up and the previous website.
  3. Storage Period: We store your personal data from the time you register for an event until one (1) month after the end of the event.
  4. Legal basis: We process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR.
     
  • Advertising and promotional communications
  1. Purpose: Provided you have given us your consent, we will inform you about new services, service offerings or other material information about our company. We may communicate the information to you at regular or irregular intervals. We will contact you only through the means of communication (e.g., email, telephone) to which you have consented.
  2. Data: Personal data includes your name and the information necessary to reach you via the selected means of communication (e.g. email address or telephone number).
  3. Storage Period: We store your personal data until you revoke your consent to us.
  4. Legal basis: We process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para.1 sentence 1 letter a DSGVO.
  • Disclosure to Authorities & fulfilment of legal obligations
  1. Purpose: In some circumstances we may be required by law to disclose your personal data to public authorities or other public bodies. In this case, we transfer your personal data in order to comply with our legal obligations.
  2. Data: Which personal data is affected by this depends in each individual case on what we are legally obliged to do.
  3. Storage Period: We do not usually store your personal data separately for this purpose. It is regularly personal data that we store in order to fulfil other purposes.
  4. Legal basis: We process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter c GDPR.

4. Recipients of your Data
We transfer your personal data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil one of the purposes for which we process your personal data. In addition, we use third parties who process your personal data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The recipients of your personal data include:
 

  • IT service providers and hosting providers who provide the technical infrastructure for our websites and the functions offered on them,
  • Authorities and other public bodies, and Companies that are affiliated with us pursuant to Art. 15 et seq. AktG, and with whom we cooperate in order to jointly provide our services.
  • If you have consented to this, we will pass on the personal data named in the consent to the recipients named in the consent.


5. Data transfers to third countries


We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Exercising your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • a right to information about data processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • to rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • to delete your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • to restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • as well as to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
     

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. You can contact us by post at the above address to exercise your rights.

Insofar as we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR, you may object to the processing by contacting us.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision is responsible for us.
